Service Description
Sometimes overnight or longer term care is needed for your pets. To make sure we have everything needed for great care while you are away we like to review all your needs with an in depth discussion. If you are a new customer please schedule a New Customer Consultation before requesting long term care for your pet.


Cancellation Policy
Meet & Greet We require a Meet & Greet for all new clients before we can begin service. We want to make sure we are a good fit for you and your pet! We want to meet your pet and discuss the pet's normal routine, behavior, and health history. We want to see where you keep pet related items, such as food, leashes, litter boxes, and cleaning supplies. The Meet & Greet takes place in your home. We also require proof of Rabies for each dog and cat (older than 6 months) before the meeting. No vaccinations are required for small animals and reptiles. Holiday Fee We include a $10 holiday fee to each visit scheduled on a holiday. Those holidays are New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (the day before, day of, and day after), and Christmas (the day before, day of, and day after). ​Cancellations We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Visits that are canceled within 24 hours of the start of the visit are full price and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Visits that are canceled with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for account credit or can be rescheduled for another time or day. This policy also applies to Meet & Greets. Boarding and Dog Daycare We do NOT offer boarding. We do NOT offer daycare. We provide only in-home pet care.
